We are no longer able to afford to offer complimentary returns. You can either create a label using the QR code on the return instructions for which we will deduct €12 from your refund. Alternatively you can organize your own shipping label in which case you should send the tracking details to us. For the latter, we can only take responsibility for these returns once they are delivered to us.

ITALY, LUXEMBOURG, POLAND, SWEDEN, CZECH REPUBLIC

Standard, €9. Delivery typically in 3-6 working days
Deliveries will occur during business hours from Monday to Friday, holidays excluded.
Returns from your country are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent within 14 days of your delivery date. Please use a method with tracking as we can help find missing parcels but only take financial responsibility once the item is delivered.
