GERMANY
- Standard, €8 (typically DHL) delivery in 3-4 working days
- Deliveries will occur during business hours from Monday to Friday, holidays excluded.
- We are no longer able to afford to offer complimentary returns. You can either create a label using the QR code on the return instructions for which we will deduct €6 from your refund. Alternatively you can organize your own shipping label. Please use a method with tracking as we can help find missing parcels but only take financial responsibility once the item is delivered.
