HUNDHUND Shipping & Returns

 

Thank you for ordering at our online shop. We hope you love the pieces that you’ve ordered. If something didn’t work out, you have the chance to return it within fourteen (14) days after delivery date.

Below are the location specific shipping and return options:

BERLIN ONLY

• Pickup at our Berlin studio is free. 
• Labels same/next day Zero Emissions, €6,50
• Standard (typically DHL) €8. Delivery in 3-4 working days
• Labels deliveries take place in the evening and DHL during business hours. 
• We are no longer able to afford to offer complimentary returns. You can either create a label using the QR code on the return instructions for which we will deduct €6 from your refund. Alternatively you can organize your own shipping label. Please use a method with tracking as we can help find missing parcels but only take financial responsibility once the item is delivered. 
• Free to return items at our Berlin studio, from 10-16h Mon-Fri.

REST OF GERMANY

• Standard, €8 (typically DHL) delivery in 3-4 working days
• Deliveries will occur during business hours from Monday to Friday, holidays excluded.
• We are no longer able to afford to offer complimentary returns. You can either create a label using the QR code on the return instructions for which we will deduct €6 from your refund. Alternatively you can organize your own shipping label. Please use a method with tracking as we can help find missing parcels but only take financial responsibility once the item is delivered. 
• Free to return items at our Berlin studio, from 10-16h Mon-Fri.

 

NETHERLANDS, BELGIUM, AUSTRIA, FRANCE, DENMARK

• Standard, €9. Delivery typically in 3-6 working days
• Deliveries will occur during business hours from Monday to Friday, holidays excluded.
• We are no longer able to afford to offer complimentary returns. You can either create a label using the QR code on the return instructions for which we will deduct €12 from your refund. Alternatively you can organize your own shipping label in which case you should send the tracking details to us. For the latter, we can only take responsibility for these returns once they are delivered to us. 

ITALY, LUXEMBOURG, POLAND, SWEDEN, CZECH REPUBLIC 

• Standard, €9. Delivery typically in 3-6 working days
• Deliveries will occur during business hours from Monday to Friday, holidays excluded.
• Returns from your country are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent within 14 days of your delivery date. Please use a method with tracking as we can help find missing parcels but only take financial responsibility once the item is delivered. 

SWITZERLAND, NORWAY

• Standard, €15. We will endeavour to ship your item within 3 business days. 
• Deliveries will occur during business hours from Monday to Friday, holidays excluded.
• Customs and duties are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to retain the paperwork to claim back fees on returned items. 
• Returns from your country are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent within 14 days of your delivery date. Please use a method with tracking as we can help find missing parcels but only take financial responsibility once the item is delivered. It is very important to mark “ECOMMERCE RETURN - NO DUTIES PAYABLE” and affix the invoice and a copy of the customs receipt on the outside of the parcel. Swiss customers should refer to the detailed instructions in the parcel. 

UNITED KINGDOM

• Note, we are only able to accept orders over €150 to the UK otherwise we would have to register and submit to UK VAT submissions which is beyond our small studio. 
• Express, €15. We will make all efforts to ship your item within 3 business days. 
• Deliveries will occur during business hours from Monday to Friday, holidays excluded.
• Customs and duties are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to retain the paperwork to claim back fees on returned items. 
• Returns from your country are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent within 14 days of your delivery date. Please use a method with tracking as we can help find missing parcels but only take financial responsibility once the item is delivered. REST OF WORLD

• Standard, €25. We will make all efforts to ship your item within 3 business days. Shipping can take up 4-10 days typically. 
• Deliveries will occur during business hours from Monday to Friday, holidays excluded.
• Returns from your country are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent within 14 days of your delivery date. Please use a method with tracking as we can help find missing parcels but only take financial responsibility once the item is delivered. It is very important to mark “ECOMMERCE RETURN - NO DUTIES PAYABLE” and affix the invoice and a copy of the customs receipt on the outside of the parcel.  

On orders from from other countries you are welcome to send us the return by your own method. We would suggest you use a trackable service from your local post service, no signature required! As long as you notify us of the return within 15 days of delivery, we will be a little patient. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please affix the invoice on the outside of your parcel and write in big letter ECOMMERCE RETURN - NO DUTY PAYABLE. Please make sure to follow this guideline accurately, as we can't take responsibility to pick up parcels from the post office or Zoll.

If you send it by your own method, we highly recommend that you use a method with tracking as we can only take responsibility for items once they are delivered and a lost parcel without tracking is not something we can take responsibility for.

Please send your return items with the return form which was included in your parcel together with the invoice. Please email us at talktous@hundhund.com in case you have lost your return form and need a new one.

Please try items on with care:

If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means…
—  clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains)
—  unworn
— unwashed

Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you. Note, shipping fees are costs we incur and therefore not refundable.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Refunds will be processed only once a week, which means it may take up to 10 working days after we receive your return until you get your refund. If you paid with Klarna - you can register a return and pause the payment.

Also, please note that you have 60 days to pick up your order if you choose pickup at checkout. Your 14 days return period start from the notification that your order is ready and if you do not pick up your parcel within 60 days the items will be restocked without a refund.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last delivery.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send Hund Hund / Shape of Things GmbH, Böttgerstrasse 16, 13357, Berlin, phone: +49 179 892 4574, e-mail: talktous@hundhund.com, a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post sent letter or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the model withdrawal form, which is available for download here. However, this is not mandatory.

If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by email) send you confirmation of receipt of your revocation. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Widerrufsbelehrung

Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die Ware bzw. bei Teillieferungen die letzte Lieferung in Besitz genommen hat.

Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie die Hund Hund / Shape of Things GmbH, Böttgerstrasse 16, 13357, Berlin, Telefon: +49 179 892 4574, E-Mail: talktous@hundhund.com mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z.B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief oder E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Sie können dafür das Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, welches hier zum download bereit steht. Dies ist jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben.

Machen Sie von dieser Möglichkeit Gebrauch, so werden wir Ihnen unverzüglich (z.B. per Email) eine Bestätigung über den Eingang Ihres Widerrufs übermitteln. Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.

Folgen des Widerrufs

Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zusätzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass Sie eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt haben), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist.

Für diese Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, mit Ihnen wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart. In keinem Fall werden Ihnen wegen dieser Rückzahlung Entgelte berechnet. Wir können die Rückzahlung verweigern, bis wir die Ware wieder zurückerhalten haben.

Sie haben die Waren unverzüglich und in jedem Fall spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem Sie uns über den Widerruf dieses Vertrags unterrichten, an uns zurückzusenden oder zu übergeben. Die Frist ist gewahrt, wenn Sie die Waren vor Ablauf der Frist von vierzehn Tagen absenden. Die Rücksendekosten sind von Ihnen zu tragen.

Sie müssen für einen etwaigen Wertverlust der Waren nur aufkommen, wenn dieser Wertverlust auf einen zur Prüfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise der Waren nicht notwendigen Umgang mit diesen zurückzuführen ist.

Refund of Transactions

Once your return has been received, you will receive a full refund within 14 days. Please note that returns can take up to 21 days to reach us. At peak times the return process may take a little longer.

Card Payments

After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will ask your bank to process a refund. Card refunds can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank's processing time – please note that we are unable to influence this.

PayPal

After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will credit your PayPal account and the refund will show on your PayPal statement after 3 working days. PayPal payments funded by a credit or debit card will be refunded to that card, and for payments funded with both a card and another funding source, the card portion will be refunded to the card and the remainder to the PayPal account.

We will refund your purchase in € (Euro) and we always use the most up-to-date exchange rate. Please note that depending on your bank’s currency conversion rate, a difference from the original charged sum may occur when your bank refunds your account.
